Tuition

Please note that you can pay-in-full or divide the yearly tuition into 10 equal payments from July to May. If you choose to pay in 10 month installments, the payments will be the same each month, regardless of how many school days there are for that given month. And please note that yearly tuition does not include the cost of winter break camp, spring break camp, or summer camp. There is a separate tuition for camps should you choose to have your child participate.

Monthly Security Fee
This fee is per family per month.

Late Pick-Up Fees:
$20 per every 15 minutes will be charged at the closest quarter

Hold/Delayed Start Fee
If you are choosing a delayed start, a hold fee of $250/month is required to ensure the spot can be held for your child. For infants, the monthly hold fee will begin to incur after your child is born.

*The non-refundable registration and supply fee will be charged to your Brightwheel account and must be paid prior to confirmation of your child's enrollment.

*Monthly tuition payments are calculated by dividing the total tuition for the year into 10 payments. Therefore, monthly tuition rates are the same each month, regardless of how many school days there are in that particular month. Should you choose to pay monthly, tuition is billed starting on July 15th (billed for August's payment) and ends on April 15th (billed for May's payment). These fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. The tuition rate does not account for camps (i.e. winter break camp, spring break camp, summer break camp). I understand these camps will be an additional fee should I choose to enroll my child in the camp.

*All fees and balances must be current before registration can be accepted for the new school year. Fees are not prorated for any reason.

*In order to receive the discounted Temple Chai member rate for ECC tuition, families must either pay their temple member obligations in full or set up a monthly payment play by August 15th, 2025.

*I understand that I am responsible for a 4-week written notice and payment for that 4-week period in the event that (a) my child will not begin preschool on the agreed upon date or (b) I withdraw my child. I understand that all tuition payments must be set up on an automatic payment system via Brightwheel. I understand that there will be a 3% service charge added for all credit card payments.

* By checking this box, I hereby assume all risks (including illness or injury) for my child and family members that may occur during participation in any activity or use of facilities owned or rented by Temple Chai. I further agree that I will not hold Temple Chai or the Early Childhood Center and its employees, representatives, volunteers, and agents responsible for any lost or damaged belongings or for any injury or illness my child or family members may sustain. I understand and agree that I will be financially responsible for any injury or illness my child or my family members may sustain at any Temple Chai or Early Childhood Center facilities or activities.
